At Grands Carrés • Atelier Choux, we want you to be delighted with your luxury linens. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Atelier Choux gift box and outer shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
